Failed payment event data (invoice IDs, failure codes, amounts)
Subscription status and billing cycle information
Customer email addresses (for dunning emails only)

Usage Data: We collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, features used, and browser type to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Monitor your Stripe account for failed payments
Execute smart payment retries on your behalf
Send dunning emails to your customers with failed payments
Display recovery analytics in your dashboard
Send you alert notifications about payment events
Improve and optimize our service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe: To process payment retries and access payment data via their API
Resend: To deliver dunning emails and alert notifications
Supabase: Our database provider, which stores account and recovery data

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.

All data transmitted via 256-bit TLS encryption
No credit card numbers are ever stored on our servers
