Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with ChurnShield. This Refund Policy explains our 2x ROI Guarantee and the circumstances under which refunds are available.
Our guarantee: If ChurnShield doesn't recover at least 2x your subscription cost in the first 30 days, we'll refund your first month. No questions asked.
1. 2x ROI Guarantee
We offer a 2x ROI Guarantee for all new customers on paid plans. Here's how it works:
- Connect your Stripe account and let ChurnShield run for a full 30 days
- If the total revenue recovered by ChurnShield during that period is less than 2x your monthly subscription fee, you qualify for a full refund of your first month's payment
- To claim the guarantee, email support@getchurnshield.com within 7 days after your first 30-day period ends (i.e., within 37 days of subscribing)
- We will verify the recovery amount in your dashboard and process the refund within 5 business days
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 2x ROI Guarantee, you must:
- Be a first-time ChurnShield customer on a paid plan
- Have your Stripe account connected and active for the full 30-day evaluation period
- Have smart retries and dunning emails enabled (not paused or disabled)
- Have at least 50 active subscribers in your Stripe account (so there is meaningful payment volume to recover)
The guarantee does not apply if you disable recovery features, disconnect your Stripe account, or have insufficient payment volume for meaningful recovery.
3. Standard Refunds
Outside of the 2x ROI Guarantee:
- Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable
- If you cancel mid-cycle, your service remains active until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time
- If you were charged in error (e.g., after a failed cancellation), contact us and we will issue a full refund promptly
4. Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan:
- The new (lower) price takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- You retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for the difference between plans mid-cycle
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 2x ROI Guarantee or for a billing error:
- Email support@getchurnshield.com with your account email and a brief description
- For ROI Guarantee claims, include your subscription start date
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update. The current version will always be available on this page.
